About Rachel von Sturmer
Since 2002, Insurance Advisor Rachel von Sturmer has worked with a wide variety of clients, ranging from families and entrepreneurs to large companies. She founded True Benefits in 2007.
The best part of Rachel's job is getting to know her clients. She thrives on providing the kind of service she herself would expect: friendly, prompt, and results oriented.
Rachel holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designations, has completed the Canadian Securities and Professional Financial Planning courses through the Canadian Securities Institute, and has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of British Columbia. She is Life, and Accident and Sickness insurance licensed in the provinces of BC and Alberta.
Her expert advice has been sought out by several major publications including CBC News, Business in Vancouver, Canadian Business, and Benefits Canada.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys snowboarding, reading, travelling, and spending time with her husband, Deacon, and their Siamese cat Berm and Golden Retriever Kona.
